The industry has applied for varied consents to operate under the WAter Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 for operation of rice sheller unit along with dryer section. The industry was visited by AEE of this office on 27.08.2017 and it was observed that the industry has installed the dryer section along with paddy cleaner in the premises and additional machinery in shelling section in existing processing shed. The industry has installed cyclone as APCD with paddy cleaner of dryer section but all dust emitting points have not been connected with the APCD. The industry is also required to plant more trees along the boundary wall as the plantation developed is not adequate.
You are, therefore requested to submit the compliance of above said observations within 7 days so as to take further action on your application. |
