It is intimated that the industry has submitted CA certificate showing the value of fixed assets as on 18.06.2018. The industry was visited by officer of this office on 27.08.2018 and observed that the industry was in operation and the industry has not increased any production capacity and machinery for which earlier consent was granted to the industry.
In view of above, it is recommended that the consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 granted for the period upto 30.06,.2023 with usual terms and conditions. |
