It is intimated that the industry service station was granted consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981, which were valid upto 30.06.2018.
Now, the service station has applied for consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 through OCMMS. The service station has submitted CA Certificate, earlier granted consents, approved building plan. The service station has deposited Rs. 66800/- vide receipt 88/4755 dated 10.07.2018 under Water Act, Rs. 66800/- vide receipt 87/4755 dated 10.07.2018 under Air Act, Rs. 9000/- vide receipt 87/4755 dated 10.07.2018 as NOC regularization fee, Rs. 500/- vide receipt 88/4755 dated 10.07.2018 as application form fee.
The service station was visited by JEE of this office on 27.08.2018 and observed that the service station was in operation. The service station has installed ETP for the treatment of effluent. The ETP installed by the service station was in operation. The treated effluent was being discharged into M.C. Sewer after ETP. Earlier, the service station was visited on 23.06.2017 and during visit one effluent sample was collected and as per analysis results, the concentration of various parameters were within the limits. The service station has installed one DG Set of capacity 60 KVA with canopy.
In view of above it is recommended that consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the service station upto 30.09.2022 with usual terms and conditions.
