As discussed, the site falls in industrial area, the consent to the industry may be granted upto 30-06-2019 with following special conditions:-
1) The industry will get the samples of all the rolling mills/furnaces analyzed from Board's Lab within 2 months.
2) The industry to implement the recommendations of PSCST for optimization of its fuel/furnaces within 3 months.
3) The industry to take all necessary measures to ensure that there will not be any black smoke for that it has to take following measures:-
a) The industry will operate its APCD properly and regularly so as to achieve the standards prescribed by the Board.
b) The industry shall provide/connect online night vision CCTV cameras having atleast one month backup/recording facility, focusing towards the outlet of the stack as well as fuel feeding point of the boiler, within 15 days and make internal mechanism through internet connection for 24X7 monitoring of the stacks.
c) The industry shall regularly operate its mechanized fuel feeding arrangements for the controlled feeding to its boiler furnace.
d) The industry shall regularly clean its APCD dust by operating the mechanized rotary valve.
