The application of the industry has been scrutinized and found that:
NOC for expansion vide no. CTE/Exp/PTA/2018/8324826 dated 27.08.2018 valid upto 26.08.2019 from pollution angle for the processing of paddy @ 4.5 TPH(without drier) to manufacture dry rice @ 3.0 TPH and to discharge domestic effluent @ 1.5 KLD onto land for plantation after septic tank may be granted to the industry with suitable conditions as per the policy of the Board and following additions conditions:- 1. The industry will provide wall of adequate height alongwith wind screen in the rice husk disposal area as per the details given in the Govt. notification dated. 15/10/2013 within 15 days and submit compliance in this office immediately thereafter. 2. The industry will provide rotary valve below the cyclone and sampling arrangements along with the stack attached to the APCD within 15 days and submit compliance in this office immediately thereafter. 3. The industry shall comply with the code of practice notified by Govt. Notification no. 10/48/2004-STE (4) /932 dated 15/10/2013 in true letter and spirit.
4. The industry has proposed to install Bag house as APCD hence the industry is requested to submit completion certificate along with the application.
If approved the application of the industry may be returned with the request to resubmit the application after addressing the above said observations. |
