The details of the case are given in the note of AEE, which may kindly be perused. In light of the facts mentioned in the said note, it is recommended as under;
1. Directions u/s 33-A of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 issued to the industry may be dropped.
2. Consent to operate under the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry upto 30.09.2022 subject to suitable conditions.
3. The industry shall submit test reports of the Stack emissions and Sound pressure level of the DG sets from the Board approved laboratory within 01 months after restarts its unit. |
