Agenda note attached for kind perusal.
In view of the agenda note attached herewith may if approved it is recommended that the varied consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted upto 30.09.2023 subject to suitable conditions and additional condition that the industry shall get the stack emissions sample analyzed from the Board's lab within one month after commissioning its unit to ascertain the adequacy of pollution control measures installed by it. |
