In view of the clarification given by RO, if approved, consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry upto 31.3.2023 with usual conditions and special conditions that :- 1. The industry will made agreement with re-processors i.e. M/s Madhav Alloys Pvt. Ltd., Village Akalgarh Amloh-Bhadson Road, Patiala for lifted of hazardous waste of category 35.1. within one month. 2. The industry shall get its Air pollution control device (APCD) alongwith its collection system evaluated from Punjab State Council for Science & Technology, Chandigarh regarding efficacy, alongwith the side hood design and after evaluation, APCD and its collection system including hood shall be upgraded/replaced by the industry as per the advice of Punjab State Council for Science & Technology within one month. 3. The industry shall appoint dedicated staff for operation/maintenance of APCD/collection system, within one month. 4. The industry shall implement the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) prepared by Punjab State Council for Science & Technology for APCD in toto so as to achieve the prescribed standards on a regular basis.
