| Clarification Note: |
The application of the institute was scrutinized & examined by this office and it was observed that:
1) The institute has not submitted continue certificate from GLADA u/s 79 of Punjab Regional Town Country & Development Act, 2006.
2) The institute has not obtained the permission for the use/abstraction of ground water as per the requirements of Central Ground Water Authority (CGWA).
3) The institute has not submitted compliance report of consent conditions earlier granted.
4) The institute has not deposited the sample testing fee for sampling of STP.
5) The institute has not submitted the latest CA certificate. The institute has required to submit the total gross fixed assets as on 31.03.2018.
6) The institute has deposited consent fee only for one year. You are requested to deposit consent fee for five years.
You are requested to submit the reply of the clarification, within 02 days.
