It is submitted that the site of the marriage palace falls within LPA, Ahmedgarh (2010-2031) of whose Master Plan has not been prepared yet as informed by DTP Ludhiana vide his office letter No. 1339/DTP(L)M-47 dated 14.06.2017 in some other case of rice sheller (copy enclosed).
As per Board's order no. 21 dated 08.06.2018, the master plan of the respective cities shall be allowed “consents/extension under the provisions of Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974, Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 and authorization under the provisions of Hazardous Waste Management Rules, 2016 for a period of 15 years from the date of the notification of master plan alter taking the concrete documentary proof regarding the date of commissioning of such units. No separate approval from local bodies/other authorities is required to be obtained. As per record of this office, it is an old unit operating since 2001.
In view of above, it is recommended that consent may be granted to the marriage palace upto 30-09-2019 with usual conditions as being imposed in case of marriage palaces and with special condition that the marriage palace shall get a fresh certificate from the DTP confirming the land use of the area/permissiblity of marriage palace at that location and status of marriage palace as per regularization policy, please. |
