As discussed on 11/09/2018, a clarification was raised to the application of industry to attach certificate from the concerned authority regarding location of site of rice sheller unit with reference to the municipal limits, the industry has submitted reply on 12/09/2018 and has submitted report from Naib Tehsildar, Mehal Kalan dated 12/09/2018, as per the report the khasra nos. of the rice sheller unit is located more than 12 km from the municipal limits.
It is therefore, again recommended that varied consents to operate under the Water Act, 1974 & the Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry for a period upto 30/09/2027, for manufacturing of Sorted raw rice @ 2.0 TPH (With dryer), with suitable conditions and special following conditions:- 1. The industry will obtain permission to abstract ground water as per guidelines issued by Central Ground Water Authority (CGWA). 2. The industry shall not generate and discharge any kind of trade effluent from its process, only domestic effluent will be discharged onto land for plantation after passing through septic tank. 3. The industry shall not install saila plant, boiler furnace or DG set in its premises, without prior written permission of the Board. 4. The industry shall get the performance of APCD monitored from Board's lab within one month from its commissioning in the coming season and shall submit the analysis report to the Board werein 07 days, thereafter. 5. The industry shall upgrade its Air Pollution Control Device as prescribed by the Board from time to time. 6. The industry shall compliance with the code of practice laid down by Govt. order no. 10/48/2004-STE (4) /932 dated 15/10/2013 at all the times in true letter & spirit. 7. The industry shall be bound to achieve stack emission standards laid down by the Board and amended from time to time. 8. The industry shall dispose of fuel ash generated from the operation of dryer furnace environmentally sound manner and in this regard, shall also maintain the record. |
