Discussed on 13/09/2018, it was apprised that the unit was previously operating in the name of M/s Sunil Steel Industries, Unit-2, which had obtained, consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981, both valid upto 30/06/2018 for the manufacturing of Aluminium Circles/Sheets @ 10 TPD. Now the industry has been taken over by M/s B.R Aluminium Industries, which has granted renewal of consent under the Water Act, 1974 vide no. R15SGRCTOW2893099 dated 08/07/2015, valid upto 30/06/2018 for the production of Aluminium Circles/Sheets @ 10 TPD. Whereas, the consent to operate granted to M/s Sunil Steel Industries, Unit-2, vide no.SEE(ZP-II)/SGR/APC/2012/F-398 dated 15/03/2012, (valid upto 30/06/2018) was transferred in the name of B.R Aluminium (Unit-2), vide letter dated 08/07/2015. Now the industry has applied for renewal of consents under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 for the same production capacity of 10 TPD and is complying with the consent conditions as verified during visit on 28/07/2018 and again on 27/08/2018. As such, the case has been recommended for renewal of consents as above please.
