After scrutinized the application it was noted that the industry has applied consent to operate under water 1974 and Air Act, 1981 without obtaining NOC of the Board. The industry has submitted CA certificate and no cost of land, building, mentioned in it. The industry has not submitted any area classification/land use certificate from the concerned department. As such, the application could not be processed at this stage. If approved, the application may be returned to the industry please. |
