It is submitted that while scrutinized it was observed that :-
(1) The brick kiln has not submitted the copy of lease deed despite the earlier clarification dated 30.07.2018.
(2) The brick kiln has not submitted the compliance report of the previous consent condition as per consent Granted to the Brick on 24.02.2014, which is valid upto 30.09.2018.
(3) The Brick Kiln was required to approach the Punjab State Council for Science and Technology (PSCST), Chandigarh getting the design for Brick Kiln for conversion of the Brick Kilns working on Natural draft to induced Draft with rectangular kiln shape and Zig Zag Brick setting, so as to have effective control over the air Pollution caused by the Brick Kilns and compliance of the Code of Practice prescribed for Brick Kilns as requested vide this office letter Nos. 3352 Dt. 6.09.2017, 5138 Dt. 20.12.2017 & 1646 dated 24.08.2018, But brick kiln has not responded the letter with documentary proof, whether the Brick Kiln has approached the PSCST, Chandigarh or Not.
The brick kiln was requested to submit the required documents/reply within 02 days through clarification dated 08.09.2018. But, brick kiln has not responded the clarification till date, hence, in-complete application cannot be processed and is required to be returned to the brick kiln. But, I have no option to return the case as previous consent application is also returned to the brick kiln being in-complete.
In light of above, you are, requested to allow me to return the application being in-complete. |
