Sir, earlier when the case was processed by Er. Jatinder Kumar AEE (Now transfer to RO 1 Ludhiana ) the file of the agenda note was mistakenly attached of M/s JMP Industries, A-5 Focal Point Jalandhar instead of M/s JMP Industry, VPO Raipur Rasoolpur, Pathankot Road, Jalandhar due to clerical error. Now the agenda note of M/s JMP Industry, VPO Raipur Rasoolpur, Pathankot Road, Jalandhar has been attached for your perusal. submitted for approval please as per the note history described below.
The industry has applied for NOC of the Board through OCMMS for manufacturing of casting and auto parts @ 33 MT/day. The industry is small scale orange category and the competency of case lies with Senior Environmental Engineer, Jalandhar.
It is intimated that the proposed site was visited by the AEE of this office on28.08.2018 and observed that the site of the industry is located in VPO Raipur Rasoolpur, Pathankot Road, Jalandhar.During visit, construction activity has started at site and boundary wall construction is complete.There is aunit namely M/s World Wide Cricket industry adjoining the purposed site.As per application applied by the industry has purposed to manufacture casting and auto by using pig iron and scarpas raw material. The industry has proposed to installed 1 no. shot blasting machine with bag house filter. The industry has proposed installed induction furnace with bag house filter as APCD. The industry has also proposed to install 1 no. paint booth with water sprinkling system. The industry has submitted MTP certificate vide no. 672 dated 06.09.2016 mentioning that the industry falls in General Industrial Zone as per Master Plan.The domestic effluent will be discharged onto land for plantation after septic tank. The industry has submitted Rs. 9000/- vide R.no 62/4872 dated 20.08.2018 as NOC fees, which is adequate for further 1 year. The site is suitable for the establishment of industrial unit.
In view of above, It is recommended that the NOC may be granted to the industry with usual terms and conditions. (Competency Senior Environmental Engineer)
