The application of the industry was scrutinized & examined and it was observed that:-
1) The industry has not submitted any concrete proof regarding date of commissioning. The industry has submitted as April 2009 in application form. But, deposited the consents fee w.e.f. 01.04.2017. Moreover, the industry has submitted the copy of rent deed dated 03.06.2011.
2) The CA certificate submitted by the industry is not proper. The industry has given the value of other fixed assets without vehicles.
You are requested to submit the above said documents, within 02 days.
