| Clarification Note: |
The application of the industry was scrutinize & found that:
1. Earlier the industry has obtained ‘Consent to Operate’ under the name of M/s Nexo industries Pvt. Ltd. C-16, Phase-5, Focal Point, Ludhiana. Now the industry has applied under the name of M/s Nexo Infra, C-16-17, Phase-V, Focal Point, Ludhiana. The industry needs to clarify in this regard.
2. The industry has not submitted hard copy as well as consent fee in this office till date without which the application cannot be processed further.
3. The industry has not submitted extended bank guarantee of Rs. 50000/- as decided in the personal hearing before the Chief Environmental Engineer, Ludhiana on 24.01.2014. The industry required to submit the same immediately.
4. The industry has not submitted compliance report of previous consents with application form.
5. The industry has not submitted any land proof of its plots C-16-17 i.e. allotment letter by PSIEC.
6. The industry has mentioned hot dip galvanizing furnaces in its application form but it has not submitted sample analysis report.
7. The industry has not mentioned APCD detail in its application form.
8. As per record the industry is also engaged in the acid pickling. It has not uploaded agreement with any re-processor the industry needs to clarify in this regard.
9. The industry there has been decrease in gross value of fixed assets from Rs. 7.23 cr. to Rs. 4.68 cr. the industry needs to justify the reason for the same.
The industry is requested to clarify the same within 03 days
