The industry was issued show cause notice for refusal of consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 with an opportunity of personal hearing before Senior Environmental Engineer, Zonal Office-2, Ludhiana on 14-09-2018. However, the hearing has been postponed due to some administrative reasons and is now re-scheduled for 03-10-2018. The time and venue will remain same. You are, therefore, requested to appear before the Senior Environmental Engineer, Zonal Office-2, Ludhiana on 03-10-2018 at 11:00 am in his office at E-648-B, Backside CICU Office, Phase-5, Focal Point, Ludhiana, personally to file objections, if any, on the proposed action or any other action as deemed fit in the matter shall be taken without giving any further notice/opportunity. |
