It is submitted that the application has been re-examined and there is no industry within 500m from the site of the project and the site is suitable in view of the guidelines framed by the Govt. / Board for establishment of residential projects. In view of above and agenda note attached, may if approved, it is recommended that the promoter company may be granted the consent to establish (NOC) under the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for one year subject to suitable conditions and the following additional conditions: 1. The project proponent shall obtain permission from the CGWA for the abstraction of groundwater. 2. The project proponent shall obtain the permission from the Airports Authority regarding allowable height of the building. 3. The promoter company shall get the sewer connection from MC, Zirakpur, before any occupancy is taken place at the project site. 4. The promoter company shall properly handle and manage the solid waste as per the provisions of the Municipal Solid Waste (Management and Handling) Rules 2000 till the Integrated MSW Management facility is developed by GMADA. 5. The promoter company shall palace adequate no. of storage bins at outside of its main entry from where the same will be got lifted and transported by the operator of the integrated MSW management facility as and when the same is established and made operational. |
