Sir as discussed the 15 year from the notification of master plan of Ludhiana will be completed in Aug/2023.The industry has submitted DTP certificate vide no. 1424/ATP.B/D dated 12.07.2018 as per which the site of the industry falls in Industrial mix zone as per Master Plan (2007-2031) Ludhiana. The industry is in operation from 12.09.1997 as per Udyog Aadhaar.
Keeping in view of above, it is recommended that, 'consent to operate' may be granted to the industry under the Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 upto 30.6.2023 with suitable condition and with special condition that the industry shall shift its unit to the designated industrial area as per the provisions of Master Plan,Ludhiana (Competency Environmental Engineer)
