It is intimated that earlier the industry was granted consents to operate under Water Act, 1974 vide Consent No. O14LDH4CTOW1763254 dated 12.09.2014 valid upto 30.09.2018 & under Air Act, 1981 vide consent No. O14LDH4CTOA1661050 dated 12.09.2014 valid upto 30.09.2019. Now, the industry has applied for the renewal of consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981.
As per the report of Regional Office, the industry is complying with the provisions of Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981. It is recommended that consents to operate under Water Act, 1974& Air Act, 1981 may be renewed/extended to the industry for 5 years i.e. upto 30.09.2023 with usual conditions.
The industry is a small orange category unit. And competency to decide the case is Senior Environmental Engineer.
