It is submitted that as per Sr.No. 10 & 11 of the agenda note prepared by the then AEE, he has reported that the marriage palace has applied for obtaining permission from the Central Ground Water Authority for use/abstraction of ground water & the marriage palace has submitted that it is lifting the kitchen waste to the private rag pickers which are handing it over to the Municipal Authorities.
It is recommended that consent may be granted to the marriage palace upto 30-09-2019 as recommended earlier.
