The details of the case are given in the note of AEE, which may kindly be perused. In light of the facts mentioned in the said note, it is recommended that the 'Consent to Establish' (NOC) for manufacturing of poly rolls @ 1.0 TPD may be granted to the industry subject to the suitable conditions and following additional conditions that:
(i) The industry shall submit the approved building plans by the competent authority.
(ii) The industry shall comply with provisions of the Plastic Rules, 2016.
(iii) The industry shall get itself registered under the Plastic Rules, 2016.
(iv)The industry shall comply with the conditions imposed by PSIEC for allotment of plot. |
