The details of the case are given in the note of AEE, which may kindly be perused. In light of the facts mentioned in the said note, it is submitted that the industry was visited by this office on 21.5.2018 and again on 13.9.2018 and it has been observed that the industry has removed the plant & machinery of washing-cum-screening plant and operating only stone crusher at the site. The Competent Authority has approved the consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 for grant upto 30.6.2022. It is, therefore, recommended that the electric connection of the industry may be restored permanently. |
