It is submitted that the total land area of the marriage palace is 12 kanals 09 marlas (1.5562 acres), the area for which CLU has been obtained is 1.4016 acres after excluding area left for road widening. During visit to the palace on 18.08.2018, the representative of the palace has informed that the size of the hall is (81’6” x 119’7”), which is sufficient to conduct functions for gathering of persons upto 400 per day and no function is being conducted in lawn area.
