| Clarification Note: |
1. The industry has not provided separate energy meter with the APCD and with the electric motor provided for lifting of untreated effluent from collection tank to solar evaporation tank.
2. No railing has been provided with the stair case.
3.The industry is generating 400 ltr/day trade effluent and as per NOC application, it has been proposed by it to provide solar evaporation pond of SS material size 8'x4'x8'. Please also justify the same is technical in order or not and justification that how the 0.4 KLD i.e. 400 Ltr/day will be evaporated by natural evaporation without forced evaporation.
Please clarify the above observations and submit compliance within 3 days. |
