This office has raised certain observations on 07.09.2018, the reply of which was received on 24.09.2018. It is intimated that RO was requested to inform the status of agreement made between institute and adjoining farmers for the utilisation of treated waste water into fields. Now, as per RO report, received after so many days that the company has not submitted any agreement signed between the promoter company and the adjoining farmers for the utilisation of treated wastewater. If there was no agreement executed, then how, RO has recommended the case for grant of consents. Further, RO has done what efforts for getting the agreement executed between the promoter company and the adjoining farmers for the utilisation of treated wastewater.
May, if approved, RO, SAS Nagar be requested to submit the reply of above said observations and send fresh recommendations thereafter.
