The application of the industry was examined and observed as under:- 1) The industry has mentioned 120510.5 Sq. meters (29.77 Acres). Whereas, the industry has submitted the CLU of 1.5 acres which requires clarification.
2) The industry has not attached the project report showing the details of expansion along with fixed investment on expansion project. 3) The industry has proposed to enhance the capacity of its crucible from 4.5 MTPD to 7 MTPD, however the industry has neither submitted any proposal or feasibility report of APCD nor has submitted any details of upgradation of APCD. The industry is required to submit the proper design of APCD alongwith collection system from Punjab State Council for Science and Technology, Chandigarh, as decided by Board’s Office Order issued vide GPC/Guidelines/RS/SP/F-/2018/290 dated 15.06.2018. 4) The industry has also not submitted the compliance of SOP’s framed by the Board vide letter dated 27.06.2018. 5) The industry has increased the assets of plant & Machinery from Rs 259 lacs( 31.03.2014) to 269 lacs( as per application form). Further, industry has not attached latest CA certificate. 6) The industry has not attached the compliance report in proper form and has only mentioned NOTED & AGREED on the earlier consent to operate issued to it. If approved, Case of the industry may be returned with request to resubmit the case after attending the observations, please.
