The industry is a small scale orange category unit, which was engaged in the production of Sorted raw rice (without dryer) @ 1.0 TPH by processing paddy @ 1.5 TPH, as raw material, in contrary to production of Sorted raw rice (without dryer) @ 1.50 TPH as mentioned by you in the noting.Now, the industry has increased its capacity from 1.0 TPH to 2.0 TPH & has applied for varied consents to operate under the Water Act, 1974 & the Air Act, 1981 for manufacturing of Sorted raw rice (without dryer) @ 2.0 TPH. There must be increase in pollution load, due to increase in milling capacity.Please comment upon the following;-
1.Whether the industry has upgraded its existing APCD/ installed new APCD to control emissions arising from milling of paddy, after expansion of the unit?
2.Whether the industry has deposited NOC regularisation fee for the addition in fixed assets?
3.Whether the industry has submitted adequacy certificate for up gradation of existing APCD/completion certificate for new APCD? |
