t is intimated that the industry has applied for fresh consent to operate under Air Act 1981. The industry was visited by AEE of this office on 03.10.2018 and observed that the industry has installed 1 no. D.G set of capacity 20 KVA with canopy. The required fee for CTO under Air Act 1981 vide Board’s letter no. 369 dated 9.9.2013 for D.G set of 20 KVA is Rs 2000/- per year. The industry has deposited consent fee Rs. 2000/- vide R, No. 41/4846 dated 01.10.2018, which is adequate upto 31.05.2019.
In view of above it is recommended that consent under Air Act 1981 may be granted to the tower for operation of DG set upto 31.05.2019 with suitable conditions please. ( Competency EE) |
