The agenda note and report/recommendations of EE, RO, SAS Nagar may kindly be perused.
It is submitted that the promoter company has submitted the analysis results of effluent sampling carried out by M/s Chandigarh Pollution Testing Laboratory, Mohali on 18.09.2018 as per the decision of personal hearing given by the Worthy Chairman of the Board on 31.08.2018. As per the analysis results, the concentration of various parameters is found to be within the permissible limits as laid down by the Board.
In light of recommendations given by EE, RO, SAS Nagar, if approved, it is recommended that partial consents may be granted to the project proponent for 336 flats under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 upto 31.03.2020 with suitable conditions and additional conditions that:
1. It shall obtain revised Environmental Clearance as the total number flats in Environmental Clearance granted are 765, however, the building plans have been approved for 766 flats.
2. It shall comply with the CGWA guidelines.
3. It shall maintain the record of operations of its STP.
