It is intimated that the industry has submitted a copy of sale tax registration certificate as a proof of date of commissioning. But the address mentioned in the said certificate is not similar to the address mentioned in the consent application. Further, the industry has submitted copy of electricity bill in which address is same as mentioned in the consent application and the date of connection released to the industry is 27.5.2015 as mentioned in the electricity bill. If approved the consent application may be returned to the industry as it seems that the industry may establish in non designated area after the notification of Master Plan as mentioned in the electricity bill. The option to return the application is not available at JEE level, please provide the same. |
