Kindly peruse the note page of AEE and EE of RO, Fatehgarh Sahib, vide which approval for return of application has been sought from Zonal office-II.
Further, it is informed that the industry was granted fresh consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 which has expired on 30.06.2018 for production of Aluminium Ingots @ 28 MTD .
Therefore, the current application of the industry may be returned with the request to reapply for renewal of consent for a shorter period i.e. for production of Aluminium Ingots @ 28 MTD. |
