As per proceeding decisions the industry was visited by AEE of this office on 03.10.2018 and observed that the industry was in operation during visit . The industry has now provided adequate stack with the 3 no. oil fired forging furnaces installed by the industry, 7 no. oil fired heating treatment furnaces with adequate stack height and the industry has now provided adequate stacks to 3 no. shot blasting machines with bag house filter as APCD . (photograph attached). The industry has now provide pipe line arrangement upto plantation area after septic tank.
in view of above RO report,if approved the consent to operate under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act 1981 may be granted upto 30.09.2021 with usual conditions.(comp SEE) |
