The details of the case are given in the note of AEE, which may kindly be perused. In light of the facts mentioned in the said note, it is recommended that consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the promoter company upto 31.03.2023, subject to suitable conditions and an additional condition that the promoter company shall allow utilizing the treated wastewater for flushing/ lawn area purpose and shall maintain the record of energy consumption and treated water discharged regularly. |
