Agenda note of AEE may kindly be perused. In view of facts narrated by AEE in his agenda note, I it is recommended that the consent to operate under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981, may be renewed for manufacturing of Rubber tubes @ 3000 no./Day upto 30.06.2023 only with suitable conditions and special conditions that:- I. The industry shall make an agreement with hazardous waste treatment facility for deposing of its hazardous waste pertaining to category 33.1 (Empty barrels/containers/liners contaminated with hazardous chemicals /wastes) & 5.1 (Used or spent oil) generated within the industrial premises and shall submit the same in this office within one month. II. The industry shall obtain authorization under Hazardous and Other Wastes (Management and Transboundary Movement) Rules, 2016, within one month. III. The industry shall obtain NOC/Consent to operate from the Board before commissioning its additional boiler of capacity 2 tonne, installed in the industry premises. IV. The industry shall comply with CGWA guidelines. |
