It is submitted that there are two promoter companies namely M/s Golden Sand Apartments and M/s SRK Apartments which are jointly developing a residential project namely "Golden Sand". Most of the clearances are obtained by M/s Golden Sand Apartments such as allowable height permission by Airports Authority of India and solid waste disposal/ discharge of treated wastewater into sewer by MC, Zirakpur. Also, environmental clearance under EIA Notification dated 14/09/2006 has been granted to M/s Golden Sand Apartments. However, CLU has been granted to both the projects separately and the layout plan has been approved by the Competent Authority mentioning the name of both the promoter companies. Since, a common layout plan has been approved by the Competent Authority and there will be a single outlet for discharge of wastewater therefore, this office has considered this project as a single unit. May if approved, the application be returned to the industry and promoter company be requested to obtain all the permissions jointly as approved common layout plan and resubmit the application. |
