Thereafter, the industry has applied for the renewal of consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 on 26.09.2018 and same was returned to the industry due to some incompletion. Now, industry has re-applied for renewal of consent to operate under Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 alongwith documents through OCMMS. The trade effluent is being partially discharged into sewer as well as in storage tank. The industry has shown the receipts of M/s JBR Technologies Pvt.
