The application of the industry has been scrutinised and it was observed that:
1. The industry has mentioned the category as ORANGE / Manufacturing of Plastics and Recycling of waste plastic which is incorrect.
2. The industry was granted consent for manufacturing of cables @ 3000 m/day and wires @ 60,000 m/day, whereas, now, the industry has applied for obtaining consents for cables @ 5000 m/day and wires @ 85,000 m/day. The industry has applied for obtaining consents for an increase production but has not submitted any details in this regard.
3. The industry has not submitted the compliance report of the consent conditions granted to it.
4. The industry has mentioned in the application form that the fresh water consumption is 4 KLD, whereas, in the detail of the flow measuring devices the industry has mentioned the wastewater recycled @ 100 and wastewater generated @ 50 and the total water requirement for the process is 5 KLD.
5. Further, no mode of disposal has been mentioned in the application form.
As such, the application submitted by the industry is incomplete and may be returned.
