The details of the case are given in the note of AEE, which may kindly be perused. In light of the facts mentioned in the said note, it is recommended that varied consent to operate under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry upto 30.09.2023 subject to suitable conditions and an additional condition that the industry shall use only wood as fuel in the boiler furnace and HSD for D.G. set and it shall not consume any other fuel without the prior written permission of the Board. |
