The application of the industry for obtaining varied consent under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act 1974 has been scrutinized and following observations have been made:-
1) The industry in its CA certificate dated 31/12/2014 has mentioned the cost of project as 1503.0 lacs. However, in its current CA certificate dated 16/08/2018 the industry has mentioned the Total cost of project as 3160.0 lacs only, the industry requires to submit the bifurcation of increased fixed assets.
2) The industry has mentioned different values of raw material, product in application for varied consent under Air(Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 as compared to values of raw material, product in application for varied consent under Water(Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974.
3) The industry has not submitted the copy of CLU for 6 Bigha + 10 Biswa land from the competent authority as per the decisions of personal hearing dated 17/07/2018 before CEE (B).
Now, the industry has submitted a request letter dated 18/10/2018 mentioning that they have mentioned wrong values of raw material, product in application for varied consent under Air(Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 and Water(Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 by mistake. Therefore, requested this office to return the application in original.
In view of above, May, if approved, the application of the industry for obtaining varied consent under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 and Water(Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 be returned along with the request to apply afresh along with the compliance of the decisions taken in the personal hearing as mentioned above.
