The application of the promoter was scrutinized and observed as under:
1. The promoter has changed the name of the developer from Janta Estates and Housing Development Pvt. Ltd. To M/s JLPL Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd, as such, the promoter is required to apply for fresh Consent to operate under Water Act,1974 and Air Act,1981 instead of renewal of Consent to operate applied by the promoter.
2. The promoter has earlier obtain Consent to operate for residential plots @ 354 and commercial shops @ 46 numbers. Now, the promoter has applied only for residential plots @ 354. As such, required to be rechecked.
If approved, Application applied by the promoter may be returned with request to attend the observations and to resubmit the case, within seven days, please.
