It is submitted that the matter regarding clarification raised by the higher authority of the Board was discussed with the Director of Industry Sh. Bhagwan Singh in this office on 23.10.2018 and the industry has submitted in written that firstly the ash of boiler will be used for moulding of katcha bricks by its sister concern unit M/s Tej Singh BKO, Village Bhagsar. In case the brick kiln not in operation then the fuel ash of the boiler will be used in his agriculture land measuring 5 acres adjoining the premises of industry. Further, he submitted that they have one sister concern unit M/s Yadav Builders (Hot Mix Plant) where the industry has installed RMC plant and fuel ash also be used in this RMC plant. Moreover, the industry has given assurance that they will never dispose its fuel ash along the road as well as at any other place in an unscientific manner.
It is further submitted that 4 no. industries namely M/s Bansal Rice Mills, M/s Aggarwal Agro, M/s Ekam Agro including this industry located on the Jalalabad Road. All these industries have not commissioned their unit so far. As such, the compliance made by the industry for handling of fuel ash could not be verified. Further, it is mentioned that these 3 no. industries also made agreement with BKOs for disposal of fuel ash.
Further, the industry has also requested to extend the validity of consents granted to it for further 5 years. Fee deposited by the industry is adequate uptio 31.03.2023 as per the record of this office.
