It is recommended that consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act 1981 may be granted to the industry only upto 30.09.2019 with usual conditions and special condition that
1. The industry shall get analyze its effluent samples from Board’s lab within 2 months.
2. The industry will provide liquor ratio of machines within 1 month and Regional Office will verify the same and submit recommendations accordingly.
