As per the project proponent, the name and ownership of the project are same and the name of the developer has only been changed from M/s. Janta Estates and Housing Development Pvt. Ltd. to M/s. JLPL Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. with same Managing Director. In this regard, certificate of incorporation pursuant to change of name has already been submitted with the application by the project proponent.
