In view of facts mentioned in the detailed agenda note attached herewith, it is recommended that Consent to Operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 may be renewed to the marriage palace upto 30.09.2020 subject to the conditions as mentioned in the previous consents granted to the marriage palace along with additional conditions as under:-
1. The project proponent shall obtain the permission from CGWA for abstraction of ground water.
2. The project proponent shall utilize the entire quantity of treated wastewater inside its premises, plantation area and adjoining agricultural field only and shall not use any unauthorized mode for disposal of treated/ untreated wastewater.
3. The industry was asked to submit the analysis results of the samples from the outlet of the septic tank so as to ascertain the adequacy of the treatment of the domestic effluent passing through the septic tank within 15 days.
4. The marriage palace will provide a banner displaying that in compliance to the orders of the Supreme Court it will not use loud speakers between 10:00 pm to 06:00 am.
5. The marriage palace shall comply with the provisions of the Noise Pollution (Regulation and Control) Rules, 2000.
6. The marriage palace will not provide any water outlet, the water used from which is not passing through septic tank.
