It is intimated that the HCF has applied fresh authorization under Bio Medical Waste (Management & Handling) Rules, 2016 along with requisite documents through OCMMS. The HCF has submitted application form, bed capacity certificate, Copy of Receipts from CBWTF, compliance reports etc. The hospital has made agreement with M/s Amritsar Envirocare System Pvt Ltd., Mohali 31.03.2022. The HCF has nil bed capacity. The case applied by the HCF is being processed by this office without visit as per policy of the Board.
Keeping in view the above, if approved authorization under Bio-Medical Waste of above said HCF may be granted upto 31.03.2022 with suitable conditions.
