Kindly peruse the note/recommendations of EE,RO,SGR. In view of the recommendations of EE,RO,SGR ,if approved, the authorization under Hazardous and Other Wastes (Management and Transboundary Movement) Rules, 2016 for collection, storage and disposal of hazardous waste of Category of 5.1 @ 8.03 Kl/annum, cat. no. 33.1 @ 2000 drums /annum, cat. no. 35.2 @ 1.0 TPA, cat. no. 35.3 @ 151.84 TPA, cat. no. 36.2 50 TPA, may be granted to the industry for 5 years with suitable conditions and additional conditions as proposed by the EE,RO,SGR, please.
