The pointwise reply of the observation raised by your office are as under:
1) We have already made agreement with TSDF, Nimbua on 17/5/2024 and same was attached with the HWM application in the head "Copy of agreement signed with Common Hazardous Waste Treatment Facility regarding disposal of hazardous waste". The copy of agreement is again attached herewith in which it has been mentioned at page no. 21 of the agreement that Spent Oil, Filter Oil, Solid Waste (Puff) and Contaminated Cloth, which comes under category of hazardous waste i.e. 5.1 - Spent Oil, 5.2 - Oiled Filter, 23.1 - Solid Waste (Puff) and 33.2 - Contaminated Cloth, as per Schedule-1 of HWM Rules, 2016.
2) Regarding compliance report, it is submitted that it is a new industry, recently commissioned. We have applied fresh authorization under the HMW Rues, 2016. As such, at this time, no compliance report is required in this case.
We hope you will find the above reply in order. It is requested to grant us authorization applied under HWM Rules, 2016 at the earliest.
