| Clarification Note: |
While scrutinized the case it has been observed that:-
1. The industry has not submitted the dimensional drawing of Hazardous Waste Storage room.
2. The industry has not submitted the photographs of Environmental Data Board provided at the Main Gate of the industry and Danger sign Board installed outside the hazardous waste storage room.
3. Please submit the point-wise compliance of the decisions of personal hearing taken by Worthy Chairman of the Boad on 27.03.2024 (copy attached).
You are requested to attend the above said observations and submit your reply within 2 days.
